CANCELLATION POLICY

We will cancel an order for you if requested however if product(s) have been prepared there will be a 15% restocking fee. We cannot cancel orders once shipping labels have been printed & are scheduled for pick-up. Please note refunds for credit card payments may take 5 to 7 business days to post to your account depending upon your banking institution.

RETURN POLICY

We believe in our products 100%.

Please note all products are handcrafted which may lead to variations in size, color and/or design; this does not constitute defective item(s). Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt if you feel you have received defective goods. We will ask that you send the item(s) back to us in order for us to verify any potential issue(s). Once the goods have been received & your return is verified, we will either ship a replacement item at no cost to you or issue a refund. We will notify you via email regarding replacement item(s) or refunds once we have received and processed the return.

Please make sure to email us immediately if you should have any problems or concerns with your order.
We cannot guarantee processing of a return if we have not been notified prior to shipment.

Due to the personal nature of our Self-Care Intention Oils & Perfumes we are unable to accept returns for any reason other than defective item(s).
